I can't log into my quickbooks online on my chromebook but I can if I use my desktop computer to log into my quickbooks online.

Were there any error messages when logging in to QuickBooks on your Chromebook? Or is the Sign In button not working? I'd appreciate it if you could provide more details about the login issue so I'll be able to lay down the necessary steps. 

 

In the meantime, I'll lay down some steps to help you fix the login issues on your Chromebook. 

 

Most login issues are caused by the browser's cache. When the browser's cache is full or if the webpage data is damaged, it can cause odd behaviors when accessing various QuickBooks-related pages. 

 

So, we'll want to rule this out by using an incognito browser on your Chromebook. Here are the shortcut keys, depending on what browser is installed and in use: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift 

 

Go to http://qbo.intuit.com/, then log in as you normally would. When you're able to do so, let's close out the incognito window and clear the browser's cache. This removes the cache data that's preventing you from logging in. 

 

After clearing, close out any browser instances to complete the process. Re-open it so you can start working in QuickBooks using your Chromebook. 

 

Alternatively, we can use a different supported browser to log in and access your QuickBooks Online account.
