Lost Advanced Certification Exam Progress

When working on two QuickBooks Online account simultaneously, I suggest using a private (incognito) browser or other support browsers so the system will not log you out. It will also prevent data loss the same thing as what you experienced. 

We also have settings in the system where you can lengthen the hours from being logged in so if you'll be inactive for long periods of time, QuickBooks will not automatically sign you off. Let me show you how: 

1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. From the Advanced menu, scroll down to the page and click the Other preferences section.
3. Under the Sign me out if inactive for option, select the hours and then Save.
4. Click Done to close the window.

Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately, i had flatulence of the  brain aka a senior moment.  All I had to do was start the test on another computer and I avoided the issue.
