I would like to print  (or find a list  of ) all menus and sub-menus.   Is there a way to do that?

Hi Pic6,

Thank you for the additional details. I'll continue to help by answering your question.

Currently, we do not have a printable list of menus in QuickBooks Desktop. However, you can take a screenshot of each menu along with the sub-menus. Then, organize them in Excel so you can share the file with anyone.

If you need references for QuickBooks Desktop, simply press F1 to open the Help menu. Then, search for the topics that you need help with.

If you have other questions about displays or anything about QuickBooks, feel free to reply below. Take care and have a good day!

Hi there, @Pic6.

It's great having you here with us in the Community.

For now, having the option to print menus and sub-menus in QuickBooks Desktop in currently unavailable.

Although, you can take a screen shot of these list and paste them in your Microsoft Word or Excel. This way, it as a file and share it with anyone.

I'm talking about the menus that are shown across the top.  When try to "print window" using ALT the menus close.    I find it easier to have the menus (and the windows that they open) on the wall of my cube.   It saves a lot of point/click searching.
