Join nowI just installed Ingenico Lane 5000, signed up with my account, it hooked to to sign in, BUT then it brought down from the cloud all my OLD gopayment items and departments. Do I need to get a new account number to solve this problem. thank you?

You may have signed in to an old QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) account, @rwcjr. That's why your old gopayment items and departments. With this, I'm here to guide you on the actions you need to take care of the issue.
When you have an old and active Merchant Services account, it may have recognized by the POS system after you've installed Ingenico Lane 5000. With this, I'd recommend contacting our POS Customer Care team. They can review your setup, provide a new account number (if necessary), and guide you with a fix.

Yes I did get in contact with merchant rep. I actually had two accounts. He made sure the new account was accessible without any syncing. So things are up and running at the present.
