Can someone tell me if I am able to use any merchant services provider with Quickbooks Ent. Solutions 22 and Quickbooks Desktop POS 19 without doing a bunch of extra work and being able to track the sales etc.?
Hello, @SDStaceyFry.
QuickBooks offers Merchant Services, also known as QuickBooks Payments.
If you have QuickBooks Payments, you can process payments right in QuickBooks Desktop. There are a few ways you can get paid. You can turn on online payments for the invoices you email to customers. Customers can pay their invoices by credit card or ACH bank transfer. All they have to do is follow the link in the email to pay. You can also process payments in person if the customer visits your business, or over the phone.
To have this option all you'll need to do is sign up.
Here's how:

Not all third-party merchant services support QB. I can only recommend two of them.
There is, but not without a long work of integration and monthly fees for third party services. We can help to do integration of your existing merchant provided that they do not have restriction on processing using a third party payment gateway.
Another issue are PIN transactions. These will required to buy your POS equipment from the new integrator.
Not all merchant services providers have a direct integration with QuickBooks, so it’s important to choose one that does. Those that do integrate with QuickBooks typically work natively within the platform and offer an easy setup process.
For example, EBizCharge is a merchant services provider that integrates directly with QuickBooks and allows you to process payments easily, send payment links, and sync sales automatically. It supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards, ACH, and recurring billing.
Hope that helps! -Alysa
