My QuickBooks mobile app on IOS will not open for 10 days now. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstall. Software updates. I’ve contacted QB and apple. They’ve both told me to contact the other party. Can anybody help me? I need this for work. I do not own a laptop or desktop

If the crashing issue is on our app, re-installing would have resolved it. Otherwise, we would have many complaints about a crashing QBO app today. You can try installing it on a different iOS device to check if we get the same thing or if this only happens on your phone. If it's the same thing, you'll want to contact our Support team again to investigate this behavior.

I have tried on 2 other iOS phones as well. Same issue. The page will open and start to load and then crash. I have contacted QuickBooks customer service twice now and both times I’ve been left with no help. I’ve had this app for 4 plus years. Sucks it can’t be resolved.

However, if you can confirm the latest iOS version is installed on your mobile device, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. Then, let one of our specialists inform our engineering team to investigate why the app is crashing. I’ve just started using QB and have downloaded it onto a new iPhone SE running IOS 15 and it won’t load at all.
Have tried several times deleting and installing and nothing happens.
The App is working on my iPad using the same version of IOS, but I really need to use it on the go.

Just bought an iPad Air and tried to download the QuickBooks app. Downloads fine, but crashes when trying to open. Downloaded and works just fine on another iPad with the same iOS. Literally bought this iPad for my business so hoping I can find a solution.
Is there any update on timing to have this issue fixed? I got an iPhone SE and now can’t use the QB app - which I used all the time prior to this issue. My monthly fees for QB keep going up, yet I can’t use it half the time…

This is still an ongoing issue. All I read is “ I understand your frustration and concerns” how about FiX the issue!! I am suffering from the same Quickbooks illness with zero cures! Stop apologizing for are frustrations. And show some results. We all pay for a service we are not getting. Would you let me use quickbooks for free with all the bells and whistles if I didn't pay?
