Buy now & saveI do books and have a license for desktop on one computer. I also do books for another client on a different computer with a different license. Is there a way to get these combined under one license and same computer? Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the Community space, @SK523. Allow me to share some insight on combining the two companies into one license.
If you want to move the company file to another license from a different computer, you need to back up the file, move it to the second computer, and then restore it.
If you want to merge two companies from one license from another computer to another license from a different computer, you need to use a 3rd party application.
Alternatively, you can also manually transfer data from one computer to the second one.
Additionally, you can refer to this article on migrating your files: Move your company files to another computer.

Which QB Desktop year version?
2022
You need to contact Support and ask them to merge the license. Otherwise, you can purchase a new license of QB Desktop 2024 for 2 users and cancel your current subscriptions.
Thank you. I did the save to USB then put it in other computer under the other license and did a restore. So I can just let the license run out that it was under before right?
Was the file to large to email?
Hello @justtryingtofigurethingsout, I'd love to get to the bottom of this, but I need more information from you.
Could you provide more details about the file you are trying to email? Are you referring to emailing a backup copy of a QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file, or is it something else?
If you are trying to email a backup copy of a QBDT company file, it's important to note that many email services have a file size limit of around 25 MB. If your backup file exceeds this limit, you won’t be able to send it directly through email.
Consider uploading your backup file to a cloud storage service and then sharing the file link via email as an alternative.
Furthermore, I want to provide you with some helpful resources that can enhance your understanding of basic reports and how to customize them in your QBDT:
If your question pertains to a different file or situation, please provide more context so I can assist you better. I'll keep this thread open so you can comment back.
You can upload the backup file into any cloud drive and share it with others.
