multi user mode

I put QB in multi-user mode, my one other user then gets on and works fine.  When she then creates checks I am kicked out of QB and need to then get her to sign out and start all over again.

Before digging further, I suggest deleting and recreating the user to ensure this isn't the root of the problem. 

 

If this doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can take a closer look at your account with a screen share tool. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Hit the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Tap the Contact Us button or hyperlink. 
  4. Give a brief description of the problem and click Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback
