Before digging further, I suggest deleting and recreating the user to ensure this isn't the root of the problem.
If this doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can take a closer look at your account with a screen share tool. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Hit the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Tap the Contact Us button or hyperlink.
- Give a brief description of the problem and click Let's talk.
- Scroll down and pick to Get a callback.
