Multiple Screen Versions Causing Confusion

Is anyone else getting super annoyed with these two versions of pages like the accounting pages, banking pages, report pages??? When will QuickBooks just have one that works? 

 

I have tried both new and older version of pages and they both have glitches and issues.  Example, the banking page added a transaction into the bank register, went into the "categorized" tab but doesn't show up in the register and made my accounts not reconcile at end of month.  Reports, is missing information randomly, doesn't happen every time so hard to have it fixed, just doesn't display all the transactions and columns sometimes.  


The new pages honestly don't offer anything accept you have to learn how to use the platform and the annoying inaccurate AI suggestions that I need to be able to turn off because it is so wrong.  If Intuit QuickBooks would just get the new version out so all these glitches will go away it would be great!!!  They have been dragging it out for way too many months.

Regarding those transactions, I recommend double-checking to ensure they're deposited into the correct accounts. This could be why they won't show up in the register. Additionally, we can refresh your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by logging out and then logging back in. It refreshes the connection and resolves any issues that occurred during your last session, such as missing columns and transactions.

  1. In the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback below the Profile column.

Multiple Screen Versions Causing Confusion

The issue is with QuickBooks Online, the new system being implemented has not been going well.  A lot of bank communication issues as well.  I was told that payroll can be deposited now anytime up until 5pm on payday leaving employers not know if their employees are going to be paid at all.
