Join nowI have been using QBs for years. All of a sudden data input by different users has stopped syncing. Both users can use QBs independently and simultaneously without any errors. However, the new changes are not shared. We are using a host computer as the server. I have run everything in the Tool Hub.
Hi there, @aj222.
Let's ensure that you turn on Multi-user Access on your server computer. Here's how:
1. Go to File menu at the top and pick Utilities and Host Multi-User Access on the drop-down.
2. Click Yes on the confirmation window.
For your reference, you can also check out this article for more information about hosting your company data file in multi-user mode.
