Hello there, kpnlogisticsinc123. Typically, an account deactivation occurs when a free trial ends, a subscription is cancelled, or a billing payment fails.

 

To reactivate your account, log in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser. Go to Account and Settings > Billing & Subscription > Resubscribe. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your billing details to restore your access immediately.
