My application's is not working

My application's is not working

I'll guide you through some steps to resolve the issue, so you can do any customer-related transactions. Would you mind giving more details about the behavior?

 

We can start checking your internet speed. 3 Mbps is recommended for QuickBooks to run smoothly, but it's okay if it's a little bit lower than that. You can do some speed tests to know how fast your connection is.

 

Refreshing your data is also a good way to keep your QBO in sync with the system. Some phone features like battery and data savers and antivirus software can block background activities when you don't use the app.

 

iOS

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
    Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

Android

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.
