My client is viewing the dashboard from QBO mobile app & it's showing wrong amount for Expenses. I see correct amount when I view from my mobile app. How can we fix this?

Let me help you perform some application troubleshooting steps and view the correct amounts on your mobile app dashboard.

 

Let’s start by resetting the data on your mobile application. Here’s how:

  1. Click Help.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

Once done, log in to your account again if you’re already seeing the correct amounts.

 

If it doesn’t work, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh it.
