I have been trying to figure out what is going on with the phones since 10:00 am. There are no announcements or anything to give us an idea as to when the phones will be working again. ???

I have an update with the Phone support availability in QuickBooks (QB), @LisaCPA-NC.and @ryan7763 .

Everything is working fine with our QB Phone support now. You can connect with one of our live agent through the Help button in your QB company. Should you need anything, please let us know in the comment section.
