You come to the right place for assistance, Sanwpark.

I've got insights on why your bank transactions aren't updating and I'm here to help you get through it.

First off, may I ask what bank you're currently using? This is for me to look at our records if we happen to receive similar reports about your bank.

For now, you can manually update your bank account to download the latest available transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking at the left panel.
  2. Select Banking beside Bank Rules.
  3. On the Banking page, select Update. If you only want to update some accounts, choose the unwanted ones to exclude them from the update and select Update Now.

Additionally, I'd recommend checking your bank or credit card's website if the issue is on the bank's end. QuickBooks bank feeds stop downloading your transactions if there’s ongoing bank website maintenance or any ongoing issues with your bank.

Once all your transactions are in, you can also check this resource to learn how to review downloaded bank and credit card transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online
