My webpage is continually loading. It says "we are fetching your data." It isn't pulling my 1099 from my employer. How do I get my 1099?

Hello there, chicotico.

I'm here to help you retrieve your 1099 in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once your employer or client submits your 1099-MISC to the IRS, you'll receive an email notification when it's ready for you to download. You can click the link in the email and sign in to QBSE to access your document.

To view or print your 1099-MISC, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to QBSE.
  2. Go to the Clients menu.
  3. Open the Tax Forms tab.

If your web page keeps loading, it may be due to a browser-related issue that's preventing it from loading correctly. I recommend opening your account on a private browser and following the steps above. If everything works smoothly, I suggest clearing the cache on your regular browser to delete any outdated files.

If you can't find the form, it's best to contact your employer or client to request a copy.

For more detailed information, you can check out this article: Fill out a W-9 and view your 1099-MISC in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you need to run reports to obtain your federal estimated quarterly tax payment and annual tax info, you can refer to this article for guidance: Get quarterly and annual tax info from QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'm here to help you with any other concerns you may have besides retrieving and downloading your 1099 form. Just leave a comment below and I'll be happy to help. Have a great day!
