Need a phone number to call support

I have an easy problem, but support and 2 hours of wasted time, and suppose to have a call back this morning at 9:00 am I would just like if I can a live voice Thank you

You can post here your questions so we can help you in case you have issues with any of our QuickBooks Products. You can also browse for specific topics at the link below and look for responses that fit your concern. 

 

 

However, if you still want to talk to one of our phone specialist, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select or type Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
  4. Click Get a call.

 

Please know that our support specialists are open from Monday-Friday 6AM-6PM, Saturday 6AM-3PM and closed on Sunday.

If the bot assigns a case number and I do not receive a call within 24 hours is the number still in a queue? If not, do I need to repeat the help process again to reach a human?

If you still want to speak with our agents, you'll want to contact us directly from the program. You can reach them from Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, and on Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT. 

 

You can follow these steps to speak with our phone or chat agents: 

 

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click the Help menu in the upper right corner. 
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Type in your concern.
  5. Click Let's talk.
  6. Select Get a callback.
