If you still wish to chat or speak with an agent, let’s log in to your company to get the support information. Follow the steps below.
- Go to the Help icon at the top to open the Search window and click the Contact Us menu.
- Type the issue or topic in the field box and press Continue. For example, speak with an agent.
- From the support options, choose Chat or Callback.
If you have the case number, I suggest providing it to our support team. This way, they can review the case notes from your previous chat or call. Our specialists will continue performing the troubleshooting where they left off.
