Need to speak to representative regarding my billing account nothing to do with QuickBooks itself rang several times all unsuccessful

If you still prefer to contact our Support Team, we need to make sure to reach out to them within the Support Hours. 

  • Plus, Essentials, Simple Start: M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT
  • Advanced, any time, any day

Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Billing".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
