UGH ! absolutely do NOT like this new updated version. the "AI" is TOTALLY wrong and it takes me twice as long to work through my transactions to get them correct and consistent with what I have been doing the last 20 years. I do not have the option in my gear drop down to switch back to older version. please stop trying to fix what is not broken. Also the invoice, esitmate templates are NOT user friendly anymore and cannot get them to look familiar to our long time customers. very frustrating.
This new version of QBO is absolutely NOT user friendly. I am all about change that makes productivity better, but as an accountant user, these changes are going to throw my clients into a panic and make their everyday work more difficult. I understand that QBO needed to upgrade for a more robust offering to larger clients, but my 60+ small business clients are going have a hard time adjusting to this new platform. Also, this article mentioned below that takes you to an article to navigate the QBO menu takes you to an article for the OLD navigation windows, not to this new format.
