None of my line items are showing up when printing

Ive been printing estimates, invoices and POs for 10 years from Quickbooks On-Line and all of a sudden this morning all of them aren't printing any of the line items. (See Attached).  Ive test printed other pages off the web, and Excel and they print just fine so it has to be something to do with something on the QB site.

Thanks for the screenshot. I'll guide you on how you can fix your printing issues, Ajonhson.

This usually happens when the Adobe Acrobat/Reader application cannot read the file or the Adobe browser plug-in is damaged or disabled. You'll want to update Adobe to the latest version.

However, if it hasn't fixed the problem, you can repair your Adobe installation. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Go to the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  4. Select Programs and Features.
  5. Choose Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  6. In the Setup dialog box, press Next.
  7. After that Repair, then Next.
  8. Click Install.
  9. When the process is complete, Hit Finish.
  10. Restart your computer. Log back into QuickBooks Online, then try to print.

You can also check out this article for more information and solutions on how you can fix Adobe Reader. I've got this article for future reference: How To Update, Repair, Or Re-Install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

In connection with this, these are some of the general troubleshooting steps that you can perform when you're experiencing printing issues. Go through this article for more details: Fix QuickBooks Online Printing Issues On Browsers For Windows.

Did you fix this issue? I'm having the exact same issue and nothing I do is fixing it.

I would like to know if you have checked the box for table columns on your table section template. If not, we need to check it to make it visible.

If the table section is checked, we can update Adobe to its latest version or repair the installation. This resolves most printing problems in QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, I suggest using a private window that doesn't store files. Browsers use cache and cookies to load web pages faster.

To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It will help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.

When you can print the item list, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing its cache and cookies.

Moreover, I'll be sharing these articles that can help you manage your transactions in QBO:

Keep me posted if you still have questions about printing your invoices, estimates, and POs. Take care!
