We are a non-profit organization I would like to send out a year end statement of activity for the donors for tax purposes. Because of Tax rules we must state that no goods or services were received. Is there a way to do this? On the sales receipt I have that one done Just need year end.
The statement in QBO is not customizable. That said in customize forms there are three custom fields available, for some reason they show at the bottom of the statement - you might play around with those, but the character count per field is limited
Though you can create A/R statements in QuickBooks, it won't create proper donor statements with the boilerplate required text - ready to mail or email. Instead, use the BRC Donor Statements - QB Online , which will read your QB data and create the statements without any additional data entry.
