Retrieving your 2021 mileage data in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is my priority, and I'm here to show you how, @Insurance_Dude.
When you cancel your subscription, you can access your QBSE account until the end of your billing period. Then, your data will be kept for one year after. With this, you'll need to resubscribe to get your 2021 miles info for your taxes. To do this on an iPhone or iPad (i0S), here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Select the Profile icon.
- Choose Settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Review the subscription options. Then select Subscribe now. Follow the steps for your app store (iTunes) and confirm.
Then, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
If you want to resubscribe to QBSE on a web browser or using an Android phone or tablet, you can refer to this article for the step-by-step guide: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Once you're done, go ahead and export your mileage info and all other data you need from QBSE. Please refer to this article for the detailed steps: Export mileage info from QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you opt to cancel your QBSE subscription after getting all the data you need, please see this article for the complete guide: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.
