You can refresh your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app to fix this issue. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Open QBO app on your iPad.
- From the Menu ☰ icon, select About.
- Click Re-download data.
Then, try checking if the + New icon is visible. If you're still not able to see it, you can power down and restart your device.
Lastly, if it's still not working you can uninstall and reinstall the QBO app . I'll show you how to do that.
To uninstall QBO app, here's how:
- Touch and hold the QBO app.
- Tap Delete App.
- Tap Delete.
To reinstall QBO app, please refer to the steps below:
- Open the App Store on the iPad.
- Tap the Search button and enter QuickBooks App and tap Search.
- Locate the QBO app, then tap the cloud icon to download the app again.
