Happy Friday, @jserrano71.
Welcome to Community. I'm happy to assist you with your primary company issue.
I recommend running a repair on your program. As it sounds like your program has a couple of hiccups in it. But no worries, its an easy process.
Here's how:
- First, let's back up your company file.
- Restart your computer (This will ensure all programs are shut down and can not be affected by the repair).
- Once the computer is back up and running, open the start menu.
- Search and choose Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features then Uninstall a program.
- Click QuickBooks from the list of programs, then Uninstall/Change.
- Hit Continue, or Next.
- Choose Repair, then Next.
- Once it's done, click Finish.
