I am sent a ton of letters from funding circle and I called them to be removed and I found out quickbooks sold my information to them without my permission. So now I get a ton of junk mail. Please explain how to resolve this and why this happened in the first place.

Let me share some info and help you how to opt-out receiving emails from Funding Circle.
It's possible that you accidentally signed up a link for Funding Circle and linked it to QuickBooks. You can unsubscribe from Funding Circle through the email they have sent to you. If you can't see one, I suggest contacting them again so they can cancel or remove your account so it'll unlink from QuickBooks and you won't be receiving emails from them moving forward.

Although that is a great push off answer, I can guarantee you my company did not sign up for, and does not need, any funding. I have already tried to contact them, and they state I need to contact quickbooks. I have submitted tickets to quickbooks before as well with no resolution.

Hi,
It's not a fake email. They send me actual US mail to my physical mailbox. They write on there they are affiliated with Quickbooks. Again, I can guarantee nobody signed up for their emails or physical mail. We have called them numerous times and they have no way to be removed from being sent physical mail due to your relationship with them.
I have already contacted your subpar customer care team about this and they told me it would be removed and it never has. It is starting to get really frustrating.
