Let's work together to get your customer's Transaction List back in order.
When you click the Memo tab in the Transaction List for a specific customer, the system will sort the transactions based on their memo field in ascending or descending order. This functionality also applies to the other tabs when you click on them.
However, we can have the option to filter out the Status or Date of the list so you can review the transactions in an organized checklist whether paid, overdue, or due payments:
- Go to the Sales tab and select Customers.
- Select the specific customer.
- In the Transaction List tab, select Invoices as Type.
- In the Status dropdown, select either Open, Paid, or Overdue.
On the other hand, you can generate a Transaction List by Customer report and customize the filters to view relevant details.
