Overdue Invoices not Automatically Populating in Cash Flow Planner

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue where certain overdue invoices are not automatically populating in the Cash Flow Planner. As a result, I have to add them manually each time. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any insights on how to resolve it? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Overdue Invoices not Automatically Populating in Cash Flow Planner

Natively, overdue invoices aren’t automatically populated in Cash Flow Planner, @kathy359. Let me impart information about it and help improve your experience.

QuickBooks doesn't include overdue invoices and bills in the planner since they're incomplete.

I recognize how convenient the option is for you to automatically populate them in the system. Our Product Development team is constantly looking for ways to enhance our offerings to meet your expectations. That being said, I recommend submitting your idea to them so they can carefully review your feedback and get it possibly added to future upgrades.

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestion(s) in the box.
  3. Select Next after.
