I commend your effort in trying to edit the page number on your multi-page forms, Luenf.
Currently, there isn't a way to move or adjust the page numbers on forms, and this isn't a bug. Resizing items such as the header, columns, or footer, or adding new fields, can impact the form's layout and potentially lead to overlapping.
I suggest manually adjusting the placement of the form fields to prevent overlap, rather than modifying the page number. Here’s how:
- Go to the Lists menu and select Templates.
- Choose the type of form you’d like to customize
- In the form, select the Formatting tab, then select Manage Templates.
- Click Additional Customization if you need to add or remove items from the header, columns, or footer.
- Select Layout Designer to move or resize items on the form so they don't overlap with the page number.
- Once done, click OK.
- Select Print Preview to see your form. If everything looks good, click Close.
- Hit OK.
