Join nowI decided to go back and attach documents into QB Desktop. I am going into each vendor under transactions, choosing the bill and clicking on "attached file" to put in a scanned PDF copy. Is there a way to see which bills I have missed adding the "Attached file"? I don't want to open each vendor and each bill again and again to double check if I missed doing the attachment. The most helpful would be on the transactions screen under vendors beside the memo field to have a column with a checkmark or something that shows there is an attachment already. Or maybe there is a report I can run to show their is something attached to the bill??? Any ideas please?

At this time, there's not a way to see which Bills have an Attached File from the List. You'll have to open each transaction and see if there's an attachment. I'm going to submit feedback to our Product Development Team about bringing in a feature that will allow this to happen. We use QB Enterprise 2021 through Right Networks. Looking to go paperless with vendor invoices and staff credit card receipts. Is "attaching" the invoice to the bill and the credit card receipt to its bill, as you describe, the best way or is there a third party QB vendor that does it better?

You may attach the soft copies of your receipts to the bill payments. However, if you'd like to get the list of attachments per transaction, this is unavailable for now. Also, since you've asked if there are any third-party apps that has this feature, the answer is yes.
