The information or transactions we receive is dependent upon what your bank sends over to QuickBooks Online (QBO), LRhoades. We'd recommend verifying with them directly for any updates.
Before we begin, can you share the name of your financial institution? This will help us investigate any product issues and resolve your concerns accurately.
Whenever you're ready, sign in to your bank or credit card's website using their URL to check the following:
- Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
- Look for any display issues as you navigate the website.
- Review your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.
If you've confirmed that your credit card company has made changes to how they download your transactions, ensure to connect the appropriate accounts to the online banking feature in QBO.
If you encounter any issues while downloading your credit card transactions, check out this article to guide you on how to fix them: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, I'd encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBO regularly (every month). This way, you can monitor your income and expenses accordingly.
I'm all ears if you have other banking concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO. You can drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help you.
