The person that set up the password and everything for Quickbooks nonprofit 2021 desktop has left. He did not give us the password. We have no idea what questions he used for security. How do we get access to our quickbooks. We have changed the password on the intuit account but that did not update quickbooks desktop. What can we do. Thanks

The changes to the password for the Intuit account only applies to the online information that includes the billing and other subscription details.
You can use the Automated Password Reset Tool to remove the password for the company file. Here's how:
You can also log back in to https://camps.intuit.com to make sure you're typing the same details with what we have on file. It's the same Intuit account or site where you previously changed the password.

Thank you. I was on the phone with them for over an hour; they had me deleting all my passwords on google and everything. I told them that had nothing to do with QB desktop. All they had to do was tell me about this reset thing. God bless you.
