In the terms section of Bills it allows you to enter a discount ie: 5%net10
However this amount is not deducted when you pay the bill on time. I read that you would have to enter a vendor credit if you take the discount. We have so many vendors with different terms its hard to remember what the terms are.= and sometimes we man not pay the bill in time to get the discount.
Am I missing something? Seems like a useless feature if it doesn't automatically calculate or remind you of the discount when you pay early.
