Payroll Refund not Given Inside 60 Days.

I see in the terms of Intuit that I can return the Desktop Payroll within 60 days. But when I cancelled it, all it said was it would not renew at the next renewal date. Why is this? I have a feeling it's going to be that this was a renewal. Thoughts?

You'll want to reach out to our QB Desktop Payroll team so they can check your account and verify your refund. Please contact them before 6 PM PT today or at 6 AM PT tomorrow.

Click on Help.
Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
Choose Contact us.
In the description field, enter a summary of the scenario and hit Continue.
Click Message an agent or Get a callback.
