Has anyone with QB Online noticed a change in performance in the last couple of months? Specifically, when opening certain windows in QB, a turning circle appears for 5-15 seconds graying out the rest of the window? It happens in invoices, bills, and other random windows.
I have tried everything support has suggested - clearing cache, different browsers, incognito mode, different computers and internet connections, but the problem is on every instance.
I have noticed that the account that is having the issue is hosted on c41.qbo.intuit.com, whereas the account that has no performance issue is on c1.qbo.intuit.com
