For now, I'll share some scenarios and troubleshooting steps to ensure you're able to log in to your QuickBooks Online version.
If you forgot your user ID, you can select and use the I forgot my user ID and password link to reset your login details.
Here's how:
- On the login page, click the I forgot my user ID and password link.
- In the box, enter your email address or phone number associated with your account.
- Click Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with your user ID.
- Continue with the prompts to reset your login details.
If you recently reset your password and now you can't sign in, your old password mat still is saved in your internet browser. Try to enter your password manually. If you still can’t sign in, you’ll need to clear the data so you can use your new password. Once you’ve done this, close your browser and reopen it.
