This is a lie. It is now 12:34 on Saturday. It is not available. The screen says the next available is monday 8am. Completely unacceptable.
The option to get a callback is still available, @srmayfield.

On the other hand, being able to select the Get a callback option for our support is available during our office hours. This is from Mondays-Fridays 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Make sure to reach our Customer Care Team during these hours.

You're able to contact our Customer care team via chat and call during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and office hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT). However, you can get instant help, advice, and answers from us here in the Community any time and day. You just need to share details of your concerns and I'll make sure to answer them for you.
In case you still want to talk to one of our representatives, you'll have to request a callback during support hours. Here's how:

I am offended by your patronizing response.
It's not about assistance managing my account. It's about a known bug in the quickbooks software. I've already been told it's part of an "investigation" into a known issue. What I need is a workaround so that I can take care of my payroll taxes. I needed that workaround today, not Monday. How sad that the quickbooks "team" is incapable of being sincere.
Additionally, I have been told that Saturday phone help is supposed to be available, and now you are saying it isn't. Is it any wonder your clients are getting a little upset?
