I can see the benefit of being able to contact our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support on a weekend to guide you in managing your account. That's why I'm here to share further details about this.
Currently, we've updated our support hours and options in QuickBooks. You're able to contact our Customer care team via chat and call during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and office hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT). However, you can get instant help, advice, and answers from us here in the Community any time and day. You just need to share details of your concerns and I'll make sure to answer them for you.
In case you still want to talk to one of our representatives, you'll have to request a callback during support hours. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback.
- Enter your contact details.
- Click Confirm my call.
