This is a user community.  No one can or will call you ack. Contact Intuit. The steps are below. 

(ANd just FYI, it is NEVER a good idea to post your phone number or any other personal information in the forums)

1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue. 
4. Click Get a callback.
5. Enter your contact information.
6. Select Call me.
