Pretax health insurance was deducted from an employees check. He now wants to cancel this and wants his money back. How do I print a payroll check for this?

Hello @kfcoffice,

 

You can print your employee's paycheck from the list of the payrolls that has been created. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Go to Payroll.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Under Run payroll, select Paycheck list.
  4. Customize the date base on the checks you've created.
  5. Select the paycheckin question.
  6. Click Print.
