Another year, another increase. Do you need to increase fees when your income leaves a staggering net profit of $ 2,300,000,000. I don't favour the subscription model the software industry is forcing on users.
You are NOT adding any services we already have and your customer service is terrible. So not sure why 10X in a price increase gets justified. It's a money grab. No other reasoning in your 'reasoning' makes sense.
This is the largest amount of horse s..it anybody has ever spoken. Quickbooks has changed every thing so you have to hire one of their experts to decipher the bs in the program. Never trust these guys with your info.
