Filed 941 returns can be found in the DONE section of the Filings page. They have a Preview button that lets you pull them up if you want to see and print the form. What do you see on your end?
To view a 941 form:
Browser issues, like having a full cache, can cause QuickBooks to behave differently. Therefore, if you don't see a Preview button, you'll want to perform the browser troubleshooting steps.
You can start by opening an incognito or private browser and then signing in to QuickBooks. Private browsing disables extensions and stops the cache from saving the internet files of the pages you visited.
If you can preview your forms, you'll want to open your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's the same thing, use a different browser to isolate the case.
You can also check about running payroll reports for your additional reference. Just expand the sections for QuickBooks Online Payroll to see the steps.
Let me know how the troubleshooting steps work for you. I'm just around to continue assisting you.
