This isn't the kind of service we'd want to your experience, @TeleToast. Let me provide information about printing invoices and estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We want to help you resolve this matter as soon as possible. May I know exactly what issues you encountered? Any additional information will get us closer to the resolution and check if there's an open investigation about this. A screenshot would be a great help. Any extra information is appreciated.

In the meantime, I can only think of two scenarios when printing sales forms.

For invoices, you can print the transaction on the Invoices tab.

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then select Invoices.
  2. Locate the invoice.
  3. If the transaction is already paid, click on Print.
  4. If not, click the drop-down arrow under Action, then click Print.

For estimates, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then select Estimates.
  2. Locate the estimates.
  3. If the transaction is accepted, click the drop-down arrow under Action, then click Print.

I'd also recommend customizing your invoice templates before printing them. This helps you add the info that matters most to your business.

In addition to this topic, you can refer to this article: Email or print multiple invoices and sales forms. This lists the steps on how you can print or email various invoices, as well as other sales forms.

Please return and keep us posted on your progress in printing your invoices and estimates or if you're referring to something else. It's our priority to help you accomplish this task in QuickBooks. Have a good one!
