I understand how important it is for you to create and print letters and envelopes for your customers. It is important to know the system requirement to ensure QuickBooks Desktop run smoothly and seamlessly. Only QuickBooks Desktop 2022 or later versions are currently compatible with Windows 11, and office 365 must be installed locally.
You might be having this problem as a result of using QuickBooks Desktop 2019 on a Windows 11 device. As a workaround, you can run QuickBooks on compatibility mode. I'll show you how.
- Right-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon.
- Select Properties from the dropdown list.
- Go to the Compatibility tab.
- Choose the Windows 10 under the Compatibility mode section.
- Once done, hit OK.
If the issue persists, I recommend installing QuickBooks Desktop 2019 on Windows 10 device. Please be advised that since the QuickBooks edition has already been discontinued, updates are no longer available.
