Printing one of my QBO companies

Hello there, @jtingen.

I'm here to help you troubleshoot this issue. First, I'd like to know if you have encountered any error messages when printing the details on the other company. If you've seen one, feel free to share it in the comment section and we will address it with a specific resolution.

For now, I'd recommend performing the browser troubleshooting method to fix any data-related issues. You can start with using an incognito browser and check if you're not able to print the company data. If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. If not, you can use another supported browser as an alternative.

Below are the keyboard shortcuts to access the private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you're still not able to do that, you can export the data and print it outside the QuickBooks platform. To know more details about the process, check out this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to tag my name and ask me any QuickBooks-related questions. I'd be happy to answer them. Enjoy your day!
