The ProAdvisor Program is a service based subscription. Therefore, you can still keep the current status of your program until your service subscription last. However, if you wanted to renew your program, I'd suggest reaching out to our ProAdvisor Customer Care Team. This way, they'll be able to pull up your account and discuss this matter further about what are your possible options.
