Join nowI had my ProAdvisor profile update rejected again since my website mentions "Independent Quickbooks Consulting Professional" which is specifically listed as a phrase to use within the downloadable ProAdvisor Branding Guidelines provided by Intuit.
Online support was of no help and said they couldn't override the back end team's decision plus there was no contact support listed on the rejection email either. This is a serious disappointment for me since I worked hard to follow the "rules."
I'd like to know who I could email or speak with regarding this issue specifically.
Any chance it's the spelling of Quickbooks vs QuickBooks? Your post shows you spell it with a lower-case b, and QuickBooks is spelled with a capital B.
It was a great thought and I double checked my site just to be sure, but it has the capital B. The customer service from yesterday acting like it was the entire phrase even though I could clearly prove that I'm following the rules.
I submitted my profile for approval again but I feel like it won't be accepted. However, you can get a different answer for everyday of the week with Intuit support. LOL!
Hi there @HaleBookkeeping ! Thanks for sharing this in the community. Getting a rejection when you've worked hard to follow the guidelines is so frustrating. I'll reach out to the ProAdvisor team here on my end as well and see if I can get more specific feedback to share with you.
I'll reach out here in the community with more information as I receive it. In the meantime, feel free to let me know if you get more feedback from your latest submission.
We'll get this figured out!
Second attempt was also rejected. Please let me know what you can find out.
