ProAdvisor Payroll Certification Test 5

I am having trouble with the test 5 questions.

What reports would be best used for a retirement payment discrepancy? (There are many reports that would be helpful, but I don't know what answers Intuit wants as it is not covered in the ProAdvisor Payroll Training).

I have also found several typo/errors in the payroll questions. How do I report these errors? For example, one question shows the report for October payroll tax and the question asks what amount would be paid on Oct 15. How would you pay your Oct monthly tax in mid-October?

Welcome back to the Community, tdaugh00.

Before getting started with your ProAdvisor Certification exam, you can review our self-paced training courses while signed in. Additionally, Intuit holds webinars, virtual conferences, and in-person events taught by Advanced Certified ProAdvisors in the QuickBooks Accountant University.

In regard to typos/errors you feel you've encountered during your exam, you can submit feedback about them while using QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear (⚙️) icon, then go to Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestion(s) in the Have feedback? window.
  3. If necessary, attach a file with your Camera (📸) icon.
  4. Select Next.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.

I've also included a few detailed resources about working with our ProAdvisor Certification exam which may come in handy moving forward:

I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have a great day!
