ProAdvisor Recertification

Your recertification examination will depend on your level of certification. In your case, you can check your Training tab if you need to recertify since you received the certification in April. Please note that the annual recertification window is from late April to June 30.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Go to the Team menu.
3. Select the Training tab.
4. Click the Recertification link in the suggested course.

This exam focuses on the changes in QuickBooks Online since the last time you took the recertification. Also, you can download all your certification and CPE certificates from your history page.
