Let me make it up to you by ensuring you're able to save projects in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We can do basic troubleshooting steps to help you save all your works. It's possible that piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior. You can clear your current browser’s cache to resolve this.
I’d recommend accessing your QBO account on a private or incognito window and save your projects from there. Doing so, we can see if this is a browser-related issue.
Here are the shortcut keyboards:
- For Google Chrome browser, press: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser, press: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser, press: Command + Option + P
If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
